Safety Committee (Emergency & Disaster Planning Committee)

• Advise and assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans in SMC.
• Provides oversight for the entire planning process and meets to address Emergency Preparedness, Response, and Recovery issues.
• Ensure that safety policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to within the hospital premises.
• The Safety Committee will serve also as the Disaster Management and Planning committee in addition to its previous functions and responsibilities.
